🌿 CHAI Leaders Join CESD Discussion on the Upcoming Waste Management Plan

Last Thursday, our CHAI Executives, led by President Noel Gaelon, together with Secretary Elizer “Tey” Santiago, Treasurer Jezrelle “Jessie” Arboleda, and Board of Directors Maritess Esta and Juliet Romero, attended an important meeting with the City Environment Service Department (CESD) regarding the City’s Waste Management Plan.
Their presence reflects our community’s commitment to progress, cleanliness, and responsible stewardship of our environment.
đź—“ Highlights of the Discussion:
1. City-wide subdivision entry begins January 2026
2. Garbage collection will be in the morning
3. Use of 20-cubic-meter compactor trucks (2050 mm width)
4. Designated collection days for organic & non-organic waste (4 months after implementation)
5. CESD bidding for the hauler this December 2025
6. One designated compactor truck for Citihomes Phase 1 and Phase 4
7. Tree branches must be cut to 2 feet in length
8. Medical & hazardous waste collection once a month; call CESD for urgent volume
9. No solicitation letters from CESD
10. Twice-a-week collection schedule
11. 27 compactor trucks assigned to Molino 4
12. Hauling route: HOA → Molino Square → Rizal Landfill
